Terms and Conditions for Mobile Repair Services

 

1. Introduction

By using the services provided by [eRepairCafe], you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before availing of our services.

 

2. Warranty Coverage

All repairs performed by eRepairCafe come with a 90-day limited warranty. The warranty covers only manufacturing defects related to the parts replaced during the repair.

 

3. Screen Replacement Warranty

 

The warranty covers display malfunctions such as the screen going complete black due to a manufacturing defect or touch functionality issues due to manufacturing issues.

Warranty does not cover for any inner damages caused by faulty parts.

 

Warranty does not cover any lines, spots, or pixel issues on the display after repair.

 

 

4. Warranty Exclusions

The following are not covered under warranty:

 

Physical damage, including cracks, dents, or broken components caused by accidental drops or mishandling.

 

Liquid damage of any kind.

 

Any damages caused by unauthorized third-party repair attempts or modifications. Engaging a third party for repair voids the warranty entirely.

 

 

5. Refund Policy

eRepairCafe operates a strict No Refund Policy. Once the repair service has been completed and payment has been made, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

 

6. Liability

eRepairCafe will not be liable for any data loss or damage during the repair process. It is the customer’s responsibility to back up their device before submitting it for repair.

 

7. Repair Process

The customer agrees to provide accurate information regarding the issues faced with their device. Any undisclosed pre-existing damages or conditions may affect the repair and are not covered under warranty.

 

8. Payment and Service Terms

Payment is due upon completion of the repair. We reserve the right to withhold the return of the repaired device until payment is received in full.

 

9. Warranty Claims

For any warranty claims, the device must be brought back to eRepairCafe within the 90-day warranty period. The original receipt or proof of service must be presented to validate the warranty claim.

 

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions

eRepairCafe reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Please review the terms regularly for any updates.

 

By availing of our services, you acknowledge and agree to these terms and conditions, including the No Refund Policy.
