If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the Platform or any Services offered by eRepairCafe.

1. Platform Nature

We also facilitate connections between users and third-party vendors. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, eRepairCafe is not the direct buyer or service provider, and is not a party to the actual transactions between users and Third Parties.

You must not attempt to reverse engineer, copy, redistribute, or modify any content, images, scripts, or underlying software of the Platform without prior written consent. Systematic data scraping, extraction, or use of bots for commercial gain is strictly prohibited.

3. Intellectual Property
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to designs, text, software, graphics, photos, and videos, is either owned by or licensed to eRepairCafe and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Logos displayed on this website are the property of their respective companies and are used solely for identification and reference purposes. eRepairCafe does not claim any ownership of these logos. Unauthorized use of any materials on this Platform may violate intellectual property rights.

4. Third-Party Services
The Platform may display third-party prices, service details, and links to external websites. eRepairCafe is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of third-party content or services. Users transact with third parties at their own risk, and eRepairCafe shall not be held liable for any damages or issues arising from such transactions.

6. Membership and User Accounts
By creating an account on eRepairCafe, you confirm that:

You are solely responsible for all activity under your account.

Accounts that remain inactive for over 180 days may be marked inactive or removed.

7. Limited Warranty & Liability
We strive to provide accurate and quality services, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Our liability in any dispute is limited to the amount paid by you to us for the service. We do not accept liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages.

8. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold eRepairCafe, its affiliates, employees, and partners harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, or legal costs arising from your misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore.

10. Communication and Consent
By submitting any form or sharing contact details on eRepairCafe, you consent to receive service updates, marketing messages, and offers via phone, SMS, email, or automated systems. You may opt-out anytime by writing to us.

11. Device Diagnostics & Access
When using our app or web diagnostics tools, you consent to allow eRepairCafe temporary access to your device’s performance metrics. We will not access personal files or content and will not store or misuse such data.

12. Data Risk and Responsibility
While eRepairCafe takes reasonable care in handling your devices, we cannot guarantee the preservation of any data stored on them. You are solely responsible for backing up all data, files, and software before submitting your device for repair or service.

13. No Liability for Data Loss
eRepairCafe shall not be held liable for any data loss, corruption, or deletion that may occur during or after the repair process, including—but not limited to—losses caused by hardware short circuits, power failures, or other unforeseen technical malfunctions.

14. Customer Acknowledgement
By using our services, you acknowledge and accept that there is an inherent risk of data loss in any repair or service involving electronic devices. You also agree that eRepairCafe shall not be responsible for recovering or restoring any lost data.
