Warranty Policy

At eRepairCafe, we stand behind the quality of our repairs and refurbished products. This Warranty Policy explains the coverage and limitations of our warranty services.


1. Warranty on Repair Services

  • Coverage Period: All repair services are covered by a limited warranty of 3 to 6 months starting from the date of service completion.

  • What’s Covered: The warranty covers defects related to the parts replaced and the workmanship of the repair service.

  • Claims: If the repaired part fails or the issue reoccurs during the warranty period, please contact us immediately to schedule a warranty inspection and repair.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does NOT cover:

      • Lines or dead pixels on the display

      • Fingerprint sensor failure or malfunctions

      • Screen flickering or display inconsistencies

      • Battery swelling, bulging, or other battery-related defects

      • Cosmetic damages such as scratches, dents, or cracks

      • Damage caused by accidents, drops, water exposure, misuse, or unauthorized repairs

      • Any issues resulting from repairs or modifications done by third parties after our service

      • Damage caused by DIY repair attempts or tampering with the device

      • Issues unrelated to the repaired parts or services provided

      • Consumable parts (e.g., batteries) after the initial warranty period

      • Data loss or software-related problems

      • Issues unrelated to the original repair or caused by other components.


 

2. Warranty on Refurbished Products

  • Coverage Period: Refurbished products sold by eRepairCafe carry a warranty of 3 to 6 months.

  • What’s Covered: The warranty includes defects in material or workmanship under normal use.

  • Exclusions: The warranty does NOT cover:

    • Cosmetic damage such as scratches or dents.

    • Damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or modifications.

    • Consumables like batteries after the initial warranty period.


3. How to Make a Warranty Claim

  • Replace the defective part or product, or

  • Provide a refund or store credit in exceptional cases.


5. Limitations and Disclaimers

  • The warranty is non-transferable and valid only for the original purchaser.

  • eRepairCafe is not responsible for any indirect or consequential damages, including data loss.

  • This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have other rights depending on your jurisdiction.


6. Additional Information

  • We recommend regular backups of your device data, as repairs may involve resetting or replacing components.

  • Keep your original receipt or proof of service as it is required for warranty claims.
