Return & Refund Policy

At eRepairCafe, we strive to provide high-quality repair services and refurbished products. If you are not completely satisfied, please review our return and refund policy below.


1. Returns for Repair Services

  • Warranty Period: Repairs come with a limited warranty of  3 months to 6 months covering the specific part(s) or service performed.

  • Claims: If you experience issues related to the repair within the warranty period, please contact us immediately to arrange an inspection or rework.

  • Exclusions: This warranty does not cover problems caused by user damage, water damage, or unrelated device issues.

  • No Refunds: Repair service fees are generally non-refundable once work has commenced, except in cases where eRepairCafe is unable to complete the repair.


2. Returns for Refurbished Products

  • Return Window: You may return refurbished products within 7 days from the date of delivery.

  • Condition: Returned items must be in the original condition, with all accessories, packaging, and manuals included.

  • Refund Process: Once the returned item is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

  • Restocking Fee: A restocking fee of 10% to 20% may apply for returns not due to product defects.

  • No Refunds for Damage: Products damaged after delivery or due to misuse are not eligible for returns or refunds.


3. Non-Returnable Items

  • Customized or personalized repair services.

  • Products sold “As Is” or marked as final sale.

  • Consumable items such as batteries, unless faulty upon receipt.
